A 1999 graduate of philosophy, psychology & physiology at Brasenose College, Oxford, Mylo quit studying for a philosophy Ph.D at UCLA to return home and produce music.

He released his debut album, Destroy Rock & Roll in 2004, on the Breastfed Recordings label, which he co-owns. Mylo produced the album on a computer in his own bedroom.

He has provided remixes for the likes of Scissor Sisters (“Mary”), Amy Winehouse (“Pumps”) and The Killers (“Somebody Told Me”). One of his notable works is a remix of Kylie Minogue’s #2 UK hit “I Believe in You” in 2004 which appeared on the single which peaked at #3 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the U.S.

Van She is a band from Sydney, Australia. Their label, Modular Recordings, describes Van She as a “new band from Sydney fresh on ideas, fresher than Flavor Flav, fresh like coriander, fresher than the Fresh Prince.

It began in 2005 when band members Nick Routledge, Matt Van Schie, Michael Di Francesco, and Tomek Archer all responded to an advertisement in Sydney’s Drum Media Magazine and arrived at an audition for a rock band with influences including Sepultura, Entombed, Black Skull and Phil Collins. This chance meeting led to the creation of Van She. In 2005 Van She released their self-titled debut EP.

i got the biG honor to remix snooop even the song has that autotune vocal…
anyway, the usa Label a&r wanted something like i did on Feist..it’s always like that right…
and i was like “ok, can snoop sing like feist ??” i was totally anti that request so i was working
out the jam you can listen on my player now. i love the mix and it’s about the exciting changes of the low frequences in the analog drums and actually YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT ON BIG SOUNSYSTEM because you
can’t hear these drum changes on little computer/mac speakers.
i sended to the usa and the a&r didn’t like it
and i was trying to get the mix to the manager or snoop himself to hear it.
one week later the mix got aprooved by the manager did snoop hear it ?
